Researchers put on mice on vibration platform for 15 minutes a day for 15 days time. After 15 days, mice was able to develop 27 percent less abdominal fat cells and saw decreased triglyceride in the liver and mice did not lose weight.
Clifford Rosen from The Jackson Laboratory and Maine Medical Center Research Institute says it appears that the vibrations changed fat distribution in a beneficial way.
