Experts credited the slowdown to many factors including public understanding about the risk involved in weight gain and the use of more sensible dieting targets.

According to 200-2006 survey, 35.3 percent men and 33.3 percent of women were obese. And a latest research suggests that one of the answers to weight gain would be to stop sitting for longer hours. This research found that the enzymes stop the fat burning process when we sit down.
