Beer better than water after exercising

beer VS water A recent study suggests that drinking a beer after exercising could do well than drinking water. Beer can help someone who has sweat regan liquid better than water.

This study included 25 college students who are asked to do strenuous exercises at 104-degree temperature. The group was then divided into two groups, first group were given beer and the second group given water to help them recover.

The hydration effect among who drank beer was slightly better than those who drank water. Dr James Betts, a nutrition expert from Bath University in Britain, said a moderate amount of beer might be just as good as water at helping the body retain liquid, but was unlikely to be better.
