Lose more weight with exercising

According to a latest research from Washington University, among the middle-aged adults who cut their calorie intake by 400 or 500 via diet or exercise, the diet group was on the top. The people in the exercise group were able to lose 15 pounds in a year while keeping the same bone density and muscle mass.

Also the people in the diet group were also able to lose the same amount of weight but three times as much as bone. In case you cannot constrict in six hours of exercise in a week, then combine diet and exercise to cut 400 to 500 calories per day.

Yes thats right. The combination of a healthy diet and exercise is essential for weight control and weight loss. Choose an exercise you enjoy and one that you can integrate into your lifestyle.
